How much does same day delivery to Melbourne cost?

Can I book as the receiver?
Yes you can. As you are the person who has completed our booking process, it is very important that you make sure the ‘Sender’ receives the consignment note email, and they fully understand what is required to complete a pickup.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes you can, however once you have made a booking with DTDC, you may be charged a cancellation/change of details fee.
What if I don´t know the weight or dimensions of the parcel?
If you do not know the correct weight or dimensions of the item, it is better to overestimate, rather than underestimate the measurements. You may be charged $2 per kg/ cubic kg plus $10 to make up for underestimated measurements.
Can I pick my parcel up from the depot in Melbourne?
Generally there is no problem, however please make sure you contact us first to ensure it’s at the depot. www.dtdcaustralia.com.au
Can’t you rush back and pick up my parcel?
Unfortunately, we can’t do this because our couriers operate on a timetable. If we went back we’d be late for the next customer apologizing for an inconvenience, but this is the way we reduce our costs to provide our great low price service to you.
Can I collect my shipment from your depot in Melbourne?
Yes. If you have received a “we missed you” card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your parcel from our depot.
